When a partnership can do you good
Schmid and Carmina Campus toghether to support the “Made in Prison “ project.
Carmina Campus was born in 2006 from an idea of Ilaria Venturini Fendi. The project is based on the concept to “save waste from waste” and on the active and continuous social commitment. Schmid has fully embraced the philosophy and contributes with its textiles Made in Prison.
The Spring/Summer 2018 collection sees the collaboration with the artist Laurina Paperina, who created an illustrated mini-serie entitled “How to escape from prison”: a sum of sense of humor attempting to shed the detention without trivializing it.
Part of this mini-serie are several pieces developed with Schmid’s marbled canvas.
Another material given to Carmina Campus for this Spring/Summer collection is a tech-lace, in yellow and brown hues, used to create refined hand-bags which combine leather to this precious material.
Two collections for different targets, but with the same social and quality aim!
