Lineapelle, Schmid is ready

The Milanese trade show is closer. During the event the new autumn/winter 2016-2017 collection will be presented, and much more

When summer is about to end, the most important trade shows for the industry begin. In September, there will be Lineapelle, the most important Italian event dedicated to leather and fabrics for footwear, that will be held at the Rho exhibition hall near Milan from 9-11th of September, and Premier Vision Leather in Paris, from 15-17th of September.

Schmid will be present at both fairs. It will be the opportunity to show its new autumn/winter 2016-2017 collection, that has already been enthusiastically welcomed by many clients in New York, London, Paris and by the most important Italian fashion houses.

A very “special” stand

But that will not be the only novelty. At Lineapelle, where Schmid will be present with a revisited and eye-catching stand, a space will be entirely dedicated to new fabrics, stemming from the company’s capacity to foster research and innovation. Among these will be Road, a high-performance nylon, and Sahara and Kalahari, two new ultra-light meshes, already greatly appreciated by producers of sports and leisure shoes. These products have already been unveiled to clients in the past weeks. On top of these, new items will be presented for the first time during the Milanese event, but it is premature to talk about them now.

Surprises will not be found wanting. The punchline is that Schmid and its team are expecting you.
