Here’s the advertising campaign!
Not an ordinary “supplier”, but a company focused on the trends of the fashion world. This is the message Schmid wants to convey with the launch of the Trend Book
Filled with ideas, trends, food for thought and examples. And of course, many new proposals. It’s the Trend Book, Schmid’s main work instrument, the one with which the Milanese company interacts with the style departments of its clients.
The Trend Book is the keystone of Schmid’s new advertising campaign. As explains Steven Berrevoets, partner and creative director of the communication agency The Van, that conceived the campaign: “the idea wasn’t to do a campaign on the company but on one of its most telling products: the Trend Book, which summarises Schmid’s skills in research, innovation and customer care. It’s a campaign in constant evolution that will change and be updated according to the company’s new products and the trends of the forthcoming collections.”
The campaign visual is a collage of elements stemming from the fashion world that underscores Schmid’s capacity of collecting ideas and trends and transferring them to its fabrics. The campaign will be published in Modapelle and other trade magazines, when the company presents the autumn/winter 2016-2017 Trend Book to its clients.
